JV/Varsity Skill Requirements (based on team needs)
While not all skills are mandatory, the following will be considered essential for team placement and competition-level readiness (listed in order of consideration):
-Higher Level Stunting: Strong stunting ability, knowledge, and experience are highly preferred.
-Higher Level Tumbling: Advanced tumbling skills and technique are highly considered.
-Jumps, Showmanship, & Motions: Athletes will be evaluated on sharpness, technique, energy, and overall performance quality.
-Attitude, Effort, and Commitment: Athletes who show leadership, positivity, and dedication to improvement are invaluable to the success of JV and Varsity.
Note on skill consideration: Tumbling and stunting ability are not required to tryout. However, these skills will be taken into account when determining team placement based on level requirements and the overall skill ratio of competing athletes.
